How to make Flash Games

I’ve always looked at Deviant art for artists, the problem is that most people on there aren’t looking for any work. I just found a new website that promote the artists that ARE looking for work. This is a great place to look for great talent that is willing to be hired.

check out the site flashgameart.com just the title leads me to assume most there will have some flash experience.
